Orders and Delivery

Order processing time

Your order will be carefully packaged and posted in sturdy packaging to ensure it gets to you safely.

Orders are dispatched 2-3 times per week via Royal Mail.

Processing times for pre-orders will vary, please see individual products for details. If your order includes a pre-order the whole order will be processed when the pre-order is ready for dispatch.

Tracking and Delivery

Standard UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail First Class which is an untracked service - shipping upgrades to Signed For and Guaranteed next day are also available.

USA Orders are shipped via Transglobal Express, this is a tracked service delivered via USPS.

All other international orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked and you will recieve a tracking number once your order is on the way.

International postage times can vary, and on rare occasions packages can take up to 6 weeks (32 working days) to arrive, particularly at busy times of year when customs clearance may be slower. I have no control over this and packages will not be classed as lost or delayed by the mail carrier until this point.

Estimated delivery times

United Kingdom: 2-3 business days
North America: 3-5 weeks
Europe: 2-4 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 4-6 weeks

Please note: Delivery times at certain times of the year will be slower (e.g. at Christmas or during a global pandemic!) Delays also occur due to the customs clearance process - please allow extra time for your order.

Orders to the UK will not be classed as lost/delayed until 10 working days (2 weeks).
International orders will not be classed as lost/delayed until 32 working days (around 6 weeks).

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
